Efrem Chia

Thinker.  Conversationalist.  Entrepreneur.  Banking Professional. 

With his single-minded clarity on his life goals, Efrem chose to do his undergraduate studies with Singapore Management University (SMU) in its early days and was awarded his Bachelor of Business Management (Honours, Dean’s List, double majors in Finance and Marketing) there. 

Driven by self-motivation, Efrem then embarked on his career, which to date has seen him serve as an entrepreneur, then as a finance professional in the banking industry, where he has served in various capacities with banks such as UOB, Credit Suisse, and, most recently, as an Assistant Vice President with OCBC.

An avid traveler, Efrem has travelled extensively with his family since young and enjoys interacting and exchanging ideas with people from various cultures and backgrounds.  When he is not catching up on the latest global news, Efrem can usually be found exploring new ways to get things done in order to satisfy his intellectual curiosity.
