Aug 2023 (Full-time) intake

The fees are:

Application	S$100 (inclusive of GST)	Non-refundable.
Registration	S$400 (local/PR) S$500 (international applicants) (inclusive of GST)	Non-refundable. Amount payable upon acceptance to the programme. Fees include matriculation, orientation activities, library/computer accounts, insurance and other miscellaneous fees. GST charges included.
Tuition*	S$51,984 (inclusive of GST)	$5,000 of the tuition fee (the Deposit) would be required upon acceptance of offer into the programme. The rest of the tuition fees would be payable over 3 instalments.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Deposit shall form part of the total tuition fees for the MEI programme, however, SMU will not refund the Deposit should a student withdraw from the MEI programme at any time after accepting the offer.

*Tuition fees are locked in once the student enters the programme. The Singapore Management University reserves the right to alter tuition fees for new incoming cohorts when required. Goods and Services Service Tax (GST) is a tax collected on behalf of the Singapore Government and will be charged at the prevailing rate.
