Weekly Mindfulness Practice for SMU Community

 

All members of the SMU community, including students, staff, and faculty, are invited to join on a drop-in basis our free weekly lunch-time secular mindfulness practice sessions. Only curiosity and openness, but no prior experience, are required!

This semester, the sessions are held every Thursday from 12:30pm to 1pm in Li Ka Shing Library.
