AFLP is the flagship programme for developing financial leaders for the Asian markets.

We want to create a pipeline of Asian financial leaders who understand Asia and can lead Asian financial institutions. The AFLP will equip financial institutions with the knowledge to navigate the diverse business, regulatory, and legal environment in the region.

      Mr Ravi Menon
      Managing Director of MAS

Since 2015, we have had the pleasure of working with over 250 leaders across more than 70 local, regional and global financial institutions. The AFLP provides a strong network, global overview of the industry and a forward-thinking mindset for our participants. We are proud to have our AFLP alumni shape the future of the rapidly evolving financial landscape in Singapore and beyond.

      Mr Sunny Verghese
      Chairman of HCLI

The AFLP has grown in stature and importance since its inception in 2015, and we are delighted to see the impact that it has had in developing the core of senior financial leaders in Singapore and the region, and in fostering the strong networking opportunities so vital to enhancing Singapore’s role as an international financial centre
