In my professional capacity, what I have learnt so far in the MHCL programme has been put to good use with tangible results. I take an evidence-based approach to management and am visibly more aware of the business climate and environment. I am now equipped with the knowledge, skills, and expertise to help guide my organisation through organisational changes, to design organisational structures, to develop leadership programmes and capabilities, and, to formulate and implement HR and business strategies.

The MHCL programme is unquestionably a tough and rigorous yet rewarding one. It has delivered above and beyond its objectives and it has definitely made me a more competent leader and contributor in my field. I am very satisfied with the quality of the programme and am grateful for the professionalism of the faculty who have made it possible.
