Mr Wong is Mapletree’s Regional CEO for Australia & North Asia, responsible for its non-REIT businesses in these regions. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Mapletree Logistics Trust Management.Mr Wong brought along 14 years of investment banking experience in Asia including 10 years at Merrill Lynch & Co in Singapore, Tokyo and Hong Kong SAR, before he joined Mapletree as the Group Chief Financial Officer in 2006, a position he held till 2019. Mr Wong graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) degree from the National University of Singapore, and holds the professional designation of Chartered Financial Analyst. He attended the Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD Business School.
