The objective of the Study Trip is to enable students enrolled in the Real Estate Track to visit major players in the real estate sector and related government bodies in Asia. This is intended to expose students to the opportunities and risks of international real estate investing and develop an appreciation of the macro factors that influence the performance of real estate markets across countries.

All SMU Undergraduate students are eligible to apply.  Students in their year 1 and 2 of study are welcome to apply (priority will given to Real Estate Track Students).

Terms & Conditions
Valid International passports (validity of at least six months from the date of returning to Singapore) and visa(s) (if any) are required.

Important Notes
This study trip is one of the compulsory requirements for the Mapletree Award from FY24/25 onwards.
Real Estate Track Students will be given priority.  The study trip will be confirmed once the minimum number of 20 is reached.
