Knowledge Sharing

Our programme centres on knowledge sharing. Financial experts from around the world teach and speak at SMU and Olin. They discuss best practices, identify future trends, and outline new regulations and procedures. They also serve as mentors, and provide resources for applied learning and full-time employment. 

Our Olin summer segments include invaluable immersion experiences in New York and Washington, DC. These courses – organised in partnership with Brookings Executive Education, part of the Brookings Institution, a non-partisan think tank based in the nation’s capital – examine US financial markets. In addition, they illustrate how business and government interact, zeroing in on US policy making, legislative processes, enforcement agencies, and the Federal Reserve.
