The excellence of any educational institution is determined by the calibre of its faculty, and SMU recruits top-class faculty from around the world to build an exciting diversity of talent. The Lee Kong Chian School of Business at SMU is a dynamic Asian business school with over a hundred full-time faculty and more than 2,500 students. The school offers undergraduate, masters' and doctoral programmes and is affiliated with a number of active research centres such as the Institute of Service Excellence and the Centre for Marketing Excellence.

Our 30-strong faculty members in the MAF programme are top-notch, accomplished in both industry and academia. Endowed with a wealth of experience in research, teaching, and consultancy, faculty members hold PhDs from various universities including top ranking ones such as Cambridge, Cornell, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Princeton, Stanford and Yale. Several faculty members are recipients of international scholarly and teaching awards with a wide range of research and teaching interests. Some of them also serve as editors or editorial board members of prestigious scholarly journals, and have authored works which are well-received.
