Victor has over 20 years in the corporate and business development with American and European multinational companies where he focussed on business planning and Mergers and Acquisitions work in the energy and logistics sectors.
Most recently Victor has led business development efforts for family offices and family owned listed companies with significant presence in several Southeast Asian and middle eastern countries.
Prior to these positions, he led the capital advisory practice for a boutique advisory firm headquartered in Houston with offices in Singapore, London and Dubai.
In addition to multinational and family own corporates, Victor has also worked for an infrastructure development fund sponsored by the World Bank and UK Aid where he was involved in the development of critical infrastructure projects in Vietnam and Cambodia.
Victor has taught Project Financing, Corporate Finance 101 and Entrepreneurial Finance at undergraduate level for the Singapore Management University (SMU) and currently teaches Private Equity and Venture Capital Investments and Project and Infrastructure Financing for the MSc in Applied Finance (MAF) program at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business at the Singapore Management University.
He has a BBA (Honours) from the National University of Singapore, an MBA from the Alliance Manchester Business School and a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from the Singapore Management University.
