SMU, in partnership with real estate group Ho Bee, established the Ho Bee Professorship in Sustainability Management promoting research and education that empowers students and business leaders to leverage technology, finance and policy to drive Asia’s low-carbon transition. SMU Associate Professor of Finance Liang Hao, recipient of the Ho Bee Professorship in Sustainability Management and Co-Director of Singapore Green Finance Centre (SGFC), noted that students will be equipped with comprehensive toolkits on impact investing, carbon markets, sustainable risk management and transition finance.
