Forty-three years ago, Shen was born into a poor rice-farming family in Guilin, Guangxi. More than 20 years
ago, he didn’t even know what a passport was when he suddenly had the idea of going abroad to study.
Over
10 years ago, after thinking about a simple arithmetic question — “How long would it take to become a
millionaire?” — he left a stable job and laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial journey.
