SMU is responsible for the academic content, teaching, facilities, resources and quality of the MSc in Wealth Management for the Singapore components; while eminent unversities in Switzerland and USA manage the overseas study blocks
The delivery methods include case studies, pre-course assignments, computer-aided learning and simulations, as well as evening talks, site visits and field trips. There are overseas study blocks conducted by eminent unversities in Switzerland and USA. There will be site visits and field trips to private banks.
Beyond the classroom, there are internship opportunities with asset management firms or private banks where participants will gain practical exposure to the wealth management industry.
This is an academic programme with ample professional content. To ensure there is breadth and depth, the faculty will comprise academically-competent teachers from SMU who have had exposure to professional investment management, and industry professionals with an academic bent.
