Personality Profiling
The personality profiling inventory offered to postgraduate students are CareerLeader and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Each tool is unique, and like a mirror, offers insights into different facets of a job seeker’s innate abilities, skill sets, interests, motivating factors, organizational fit, worker traits, values and aspirations. In addition, students also have the opportunity to learn more about their personality type vis-à-vis a host of other types of tools, for effective management of self and others in group and organizational settings. Assess yourself and discover your strengths, weaknesses, interests and preferences through the various inventory administered by certified coaches.
