Fees Payment/Billing Schedule

Please find the payment schedule (for each programme intake) below. Please note that the 1st billing is inclusive of the advance fee.

All students will be notified of the exact payment schedule after matriculation. Kindly note that payment due dates may be subject to change.

The applicable tuition fee rate is based on the prevailing rate according to the year of admission and not according to the year of application into the programme.

Scholarship & Loans

Any scholarship or financial aid will be awarded starting from the 1st or 2nd billing, and any excess will be awarded in the following billing. For more information on scholarships & loans, click here.

Corporate Funding

If your organization is sponsoring you and arrangements have been made to bill the organization directly, please complete the Corporate Sponsorship Form. Kindly indicate on the form if the sponsorship disbursement terms differ from our billing schedule.

For fully sponsored students, you do not need to pay the Advance Tuition Fee if billing is directed to the organization. The Advance Tuition Fee will be included in the first billing amount, which is due at the start of the program. You only need to complete the Registration Fee payment via the options above to formalize your online acceptance. 

Payment Methods

You will receive an email notification when your tuition fee instalments are posted to your student account. For more information on payment methods, please refer to the payment information on the matriculation website. 

Termination of Interbank GIRO with SMU

SMU Alumni will need to terminate their interbank GIRO with SMU.
