The OBHR major is relatively new, having been launched in August 2005. In addition, we are all active in research and have published widely in reputable journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organisation Science, Organisational Behaviour and Human Decision Processes, and Personnel Psychology.
"OBHR helped me see the linkages between human motivation, outcomes and the potential value in my actions and the actions of others. It has equipped me with the skills to better understand the value of my work and its link to the broader management goals and strategies."
