Refresh and Deepen Your Mindfulness Practice Together with Others
Join us for Mindfulness Graduates Practice
- Only for MBSR/MBSAT/MSC Graduates -
We invite all past graduates of our MBSR, MBSAT, and MSC courses (full 8-week courses) to join our graduates monthly practice. As some of you have commented, "practicing with others is different from practicing by oneself." These sessions are meant to help you refresh and deepen some of the practices from the MBSR course, while also giving the opportunity to (re-)connect with fellow mindfulness practitioners, make new friends, and ask questions to the qualified instructors facilitating the sessions. Note that the sessions include longer, 30-40mins, sitting mindfulness practices and it is important that participants have experience with such practices from their MBSR/MBSAT/MSC course.
