Mindfulness-Based Strategic Awareness Training Retreat

Mark your calendars for our third MBSAT retreat of this year! We would like to invite you to our MBSAT retreat day on Saturday, 24 September 2022.

If you have attended our other mindfulness-based courses previously or would like to learn more about our MBSAT course, we encourage you to join us for this retreat day!

A retreat day is a day when we have more time and space for ourselves, which may allow us to go a little further than our regular mindfulness practice in this frantic pace of life. It also is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about mindfulness and receive an introduction to our MBSAT course.
The MBSAT course offers practical experiential learning in a structured program to develop the ability to make skillful and wise decisions as a basis for flourishing in work and life. It helps improve the quality of decision-making in all aspects of life: family, work, relationships, social activities, and leisure amongst others.

If you wish to take some time for yourself, to practice and deepen your understanding of mindfulness, please join us. For those without experience, we have facilitators to guild you along and instructions will be given. We would sincerely like to invite you to join us.

Sign up via this LINK and indicate whether you intend to participate onsite or online:

The retreat will be in a hybrid format. This means you can either join onsite or online be it where you are. Be sure to sign up with us soon as there is only limited space available!
