Courses Overview

At Mindfulness Initiative @ SMU, we are proud to offer a range of mindfulness-based courses facilitated by qualified, passionate, and generally amazing facilitators. While the courses differ in some of their specifics, all of them are designed to help you on your path to live a better life—where you develop skills to be less stressed, be more connected to the present moment, make wiser decisions, improve your social relations, and enhance your effectiveness at work.
You are welcome to take to any and all of our course in the sequence that feels right for you. Indeed, we recommend you to take more than one course, as it will refresh and deeper your practice and lived experience. Each course and course facilitator has something new to offer: new practices, new insights, and new fellow classmates and friends! Just start with the course that fits your current interest and schedule and go from there!
