Mindfulness Initiative @ SMU supports a number of regular activities to strengthen the community of mindfulness practitioners. These activies currently include the Mindfulness Lunchtime Refresher for the SMU community, the Mindfulness Space @ SMU for MBSR/MBSAT graduates, and the Mindfulness Professionals Network Singapore. All members of the SMU community, including students, staff, faculty, and public are invited to join on a drop-in basis our free lunch-time secular mindfulness practice sessions. Only curiosity and openness, but no prior experience, are required!
