Overview
In a world of constant pressure, information overload, and digital distraction, it’s easy to lose touch with ourselves. Drawing on contemporary psychology, neuroscience, and mindfulness research, Mindfulness-Based Strategic Awareness Training (MBSAT) Wellbeing offers a structured way to reconnect with presence, purpose, and clarity.
MBSAT goes beyond conventional stress management. By integrating guided mindfulness practices with reflective exercises it helps you develop three core capacities:
- To balance your BETA: your body, emotion, thought, and actions
- To gain insight into your deeply held beliefs and habits
- To make wiser decisions grounded in clarity, compassion, and intention
Through cultivating these inner capacities, you will learn to engage with challenges more skillfully, sustain focus and perspective under pressure, and foster a deeper sense of meaning and flourishing in both work and life.
Is This Course For You?
MBSAT builds upon mindfulness to enhance flourishing and strategic awareness — the capacity to live and work with clarity, meaning, and wise action. It’s a next-generation mindfulness program designed for the challenges of modern professionals who want not only to cope, but to thrive.
This course is for you if you:
- Feel mentally or emotionally exhausted and want to restore clarity and calm.
- Struggle with overthinking, anxiety, or difficulty sleeping.
- Seek more balance, meaning, and connection in your life and work.
- Want to build mindful habits that support focus, resilience, and self-care.
- Are curious about mindfulness but prefer a structured, evidence-based, and practical approach.
No prior experience in meditation is required. The course is open to all adults and especially suited for professionals managing stress, change, and uncertainty.

What to Expect
The program unfolds across eight experiential sessions that combine:
- Guided mindfulness practices to train focus, awareness, and emotional balance.
- Short theoretical inputs grounded in modern psychology and neuroscience.
- Reflection and discussion to connect insights to real-life challenges.
- Home practices to integrate mindfulness into daily routines.
Each session builds on the previous one — moving from awareness of body and emotions, to understanding thought patterns, habits, and beliefs to cultivating clarity, compassion, and strategic awareness for a more intentional and flourishing life.
The program focuses on key mechanisms that drive sustainable change:
- Awareness and regulation of body, emotion, thought, and attention (BETA) — including interoceptive and emotional awareness.
- Greater awareness of beliefs and habits — recognizing and transforming unhelpful mental and behavioral patterns.
- Wiser decision-making — acting with intention and values alignment rather than reactivity.
Through these mechanisms, participants experience measurable benefits such as:
- Reduced stress and emotional reactivity
- Improved sleep and mental clarity
- Greater emotional balance and resilience
- Freedom from unhelpful habits and rumination
- Sustainable performance grounded in well-being
- Stronger connection to self and others
